Our reviewer shows you the issuer's own failure record — a screenshot or reference number — and walks through it with you on WhatsApp or Telegram. Nothing is deducted from you in the meantime.
If the balance check fails, our reviewer does not silently reject the trade. You are shown the issuer's own failure record: a screenshot or a reference number produced by the card issuer's verification system.
Our agent then works through the cause with you on WhatsApp or Telegram — a mistyped digit, a card that was already redeemed, a card blocked by the issuer for region reasons, and so on.
Common causes of a failed check are transposed digits in the card number, a PIN entered in the wrong field, a card already spent by someone else, or a card issued in a region outside our buy-list.
No fee is charged for a failed verification and no balance is held back. If the problem is a typing error we simply re-check the corrected details.
